No advocate–client relationship
Using this website or contacting Aurum Advocates through it does not create an advocate–client relationship. A relationship is formed only when the firm has confirmed in writing that it will act for you.

Information you send us
Details submitted through the contact and consultation forms — your name, contact details, the area of law, preferred meeting times and any message — are sent by email to the firm at aurumadvocates@gmail.com so that we can respond to your enquiry. We use them for that purpose only and do not sell or share them for marketing.
We retain enquiry correspondence only for as long as is necessary to respond, to manage any resulting engagement and to meet our professional and legal obligations.
We handle personal data in accordance with the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting the firm.
Third-party services
Form submissions are delivered using an email delivery provider. The office map on the contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap, and portrait and office photographs are served through an image delivery network. These services may process technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver their content.
